★ ★ ★ ★ ★ in fattura visita mi è stato apposto " fattura non trasmessa al sistema tessera sanitaria per opposizione dell'assistito ", ho fatto notare che non mi ero opposto ma che anzi ne avevo bisogno e più nulla. mai ricevuto la fattura corretta...anche no.
in the visit invoice I was affixed "invoice not sent to the health card system for opposition of the assisted person", I pointed out that I had not opposed it but rather I needed it and nothing more. never received the correct invoice ... even not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono mai riuscita ad avere l´appuntamento, ne´ richiedendolo attraverso il sistema, ne´ via email, ne´ attraverso un secondo contatto email ottenuto per telefono attraverso la segreteria, ne´ tramite non una, ma ben due chiamate dirette in segreteria. Sono abbastanza perplessa. Spero sia piu´ professionale una volta avviata la procedura medica.
I have never been able to have an appointment, neither by requesting it through the system, nor by email, nor through a second email contact obtained by phone through the answering machine, nor through not one, but two direct calls to the answering machine. I am quite perplexed. I hope it's more professional once I start the medical procedure.

I went for a visit to this office, I was welcomed in a kind and professional way both by the secretarial staff, very competent, and by the doctor who visited me !! I recommend it to everybody!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono sottoposta a 3 interventi contemporaneamente, addominoplastica liposuzione fianchi e culotte e blefaroplatica, insomma non un interventino da poco… ero terrorizzata ma ad oggi rifarei il tutto, Il Dott. Gualdi e il Dott. Gatti sono degli angeli, hanno le mani d’oro! Poca sofferenza e risultato eccellente. Il personale molto attento e disponibile. Grazie di cuore!!!
I underwent 3 operations at the same time, abdominoplasty, liposuction of the hips and culotte and blepharoplasty, in short, not a small intervention ... I was terrified but to date I would do it all again, Dr. Gualdi and Dr. Gatti are angels, they have the hands of gold! Little suffering and excellent result. The staff very attentive and helpful. Thank you with all my heart!!!

Son stato dal Prof Gualdi settimana scorsa per una rinoplastica secondaria.
Con grande gentilezza e professionalità mi ha spiegato tutti i limiti e benefici che avrei avuto. Son rimasto molto soddisfatto del tempo che mi ha dedicato. Tutto lo staff è veramente cordiale e gentile.
In gennaio mi opererò e non mancherà la seconda recensione.
SICURAMENTE CONSIGLIATISSIMO.
In short my excellent experience
I went to Prof Gualdi last week for a secondary rhinoplasty.
With great kindness and professionalism he explained to me all the limits and benefits that I would have had. I was very satisfied with the time he devoted to me. All the staff are really friendly and kind.
I will operate in January and the second review will not be missing.
DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED.

La mia intenzione era di contattare più medici prima di scegliere “ quello giusto” ma non ho avuto bisogno. Ho conosciuto lui e ha subito capito il mio disagio nel vedermi com’ero ( una scarsa prima), mi ha dato consigli per non esagerare e per mantenere armonia con il mio corpo.
Un’empatia immediata. Una simpatia, gentilezza e forza fuori dal comune.
Mi ha seguita continuamente con visite post intervento prima settimanali, poi quindicinali, mensili fino ad arrivare all’anno.
Risultato eccellente, quello che ho sempre desiderato e non una cicatrice( ci sono ma invisibili)
L’ho fatto a 42 anni e mi chiedo perché non mi sia decisa prima.
Ad assisterlo un’ altro medico chirurgo eccezionale, il dott. Gatti. Insomma una squadra vincente.
I underwent breast augmentation surgery in February 2021.
My intention was to contact more doctors before choosing the "right one" but I didn't need to. I met him and he immediately understood my discomfort in seeing myself as I was (a poor one before), he gave me advice not to overdo it and to maintain harmony with my body.
An immediate empathy. A sympathy, kindness and strength out of the ordinary.
He followed me continuously with post-surgery visits, first weekly, then fortnightly, monthly up to the year.
Excellent result, what I've always wanted and not a scar (there are but invisible)
I did it at 42 and I wonder why I didn't decide before.
Another exceptional surgeon, Dr. Cats. In short, a winning team.
