★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossibile comunicare: ore al telefono per riuscire a parlare con la segretaria che ti maltratta costantemente perché devi essere "rapido e conciso" oppure perché "la questione poteva tranquillamente essere risolta con una mail"; scrivi una mail e non ti rispondono; ottenere un appuntamento col medico è un privilegio (non si capisce bene riservato a chi), la volta che riesci ad incontrare il medico ti dà appuntamento per un orario ma ti lascia ad aspettare più di mezz'ora con lo studio vuoto.
Impossible to communicate: hours on the phone to be able to talk to the secretary who constantly mistreats you because you have to be "quick and concise" or because "the matter could easily be resolved with an email"; write an email and they won't answer you; getting an appointment with the doctor is a privilege (it is not clear who is reserved for it), the time you manage to meet the doctor he gives you an appointment for a time but leaves you to wait more than half an hour with the office empty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edificio con due entrate e due Ambulatori. Si tratta di un'unico edificio molto vecchio e forse non del tutto a norma (non possiede uno scivolo per le carrozzine) pur essendo un'ambulatorio medico. Pure, per il Covid hanno avuto problemi con gli spazi ( ridotti) ed il distanziamento. Attualmente, la Sala d'Attesa è fuori, nel cortile e se hai l'appuntamento ti vengono a chiamare i medici direttamente. Nel cortile ci sono circa due vecchie sedie di plastica in croce, che ti puoi sedere con pioggia, sole, neve e tempesta....? altrimenti, ti ripari sotto al tetto ( no, tettoia) ? In compenso i medici che ci lavorano, sono bravi.
Building with two entrances and two outpatient clinics. It is a single building that is very old and perhaps not completely up to standard (it does not have a slide for wheelchairs) despite being a medical clinic. However, for Covid they had problems with (reduced) spaces and spacing. Currently, the Waiting Room is outside, in the courtyard and if you have an appointment, the doctors will come to call you directly. In the courtyard there are about two old plastic cross chairs, which you can sit with rain, sun, snow and storm ... , they're good.
