consiglio la messa in linea di un sito con recapiti telefonici, fax e mail al fine di facilitare il contatto da parte dei pazienti. Oggi avrei dovuto inviare documentazione tramite fax (in quanto mail non esiste) che mi risponde 'errore', non riesco a contattare le segretarie in quanto dalle ore 10:00 è attiva segreteria telefonica e non ho altro canale per chiamare.
Potrebbe poi essere utile un sito per pubblicare documentazione da scaricare, informazioni di carattere generale , faq a vari quesiti ..ecc... pensateci

Dear doctors,
I recommend putting a site online with telephone, fax and email numbers in order to facilitate patient contact. Today I would have to send documentation by fax (as there is no email) that replies 'error', I cannot contact the secretaries as the answering machine is active from 10:00 am and I have no other channel to call.
A site may also be useful for publishing documents to download, general information, faqs to various questions ..etc ... think about it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovrebbero capire che 40 minuti di attesa al telefono e poi la linea cade misteriosamente non è una gestione corretta di un servizio fondamentale e soprattutto pagato dai cittadini. Scandaloso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla da dire per quanto riguarda i medici, perché è impossibile vederli dato che per prendere appuntamento occorre fare almeno 20 telefonate e passare ore in linea attendendo una risposta. Posso capire che possano essere impegnate ma non è accettabile in regime di covid che non sia possibile fissare un appuntamento è che non rispondano neanche alle mail. Poi se ti presenti senza appuntamento non ti fanno neanche entrare. Posto inaccessibile!!!!!
Nothing to say about the doctors, because it is impossible to see them since to make an appointment you need to make at least 20 phone calls and spend hours online waiting for an answer. I can understand that they may be busy but it is not acceptable under the covid regime that it is not possible to make an appointment and that they do not even reply to emails. Then if you show up without an appointment they won't even let you in. Inaccessible place !!!!!
