We had challenges about the recognition of Italian citizenship of our son due to some complex reasons in Roma, Italy. Being out of Italy and due to travel restrictions because of pandemic, it is almost impossible to travel to Roma in multiple occasions for processing and deal with different offices with different interpretation of procedure. We contacted Atty. Gerardo (virtually) and discuss the rectification procedure while we are out of Italy. From day one, he provided all possible options in details and timing of each procedure which includes translation of foreign documents, registration of residence, communication and setting up appointment with Comune di Roma until the day of our appointment, he went with us in Anagrafe di Roma for the assistance.
After almost a year of trying and waiting, our son received the Italian citizenship recognition.
