★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'anno 2019, del mese di Ottobre, mentre percorrevo il marciapiede di Viale Garibaldi ho urtato un pezzo di ferro situato attorno ad un'aiuola che sporge oltre i pezzi in porfido del marciapiede e non visibile in quanto si confonde con i colori della terra, di conseguenza sono caduta fratturandomi la spalla.
Mi sono rivolta allo studio Infortunistica Stradale PFC in via Torre Belfredo a Mestre per ottenere un risarcimento dei danni.
Sono stata seguita da Claudio Ferrarese una persona seria, corretta e determinata.
Sfortunatamente la mia querela venne archiviata in quanto non vi era alcuna responsabilità.
