Studio Incorpora

Ho collaborato con Studio Incorpora con il mio quertetto swing/jazz (Lessjazz quartet) per un matrimonio presso l'Abbazia di San Galgano. Giulia è stata una collaboratrice efficiente, chiara e gentilissima, capace di mantenere serenità e calma durante l'intero sviluppo dell'evento. La ringrazio a nome di tutto il quartetto per la splendida collaborazione ed esperienza, e la consiglio a tutte le coppie che vorranno mettersi in mano sicure per rendere perfetto il loro giorno!

I engaged Giulia from Studio Incorpora for planning my 30th birthday’s party. For many months I had this idea of having a big celebration for this milestone, but each time i was finding myself overwhelmed by all the things one has to consider for organising such an event (with 200 persons attending!!). So time was passing by and with 6 weeks left from the date I had nothing done. Then i thought of Giulia. I knew she had just returned to Italy after starting her career in London. Although her usual business is weddings, I asked her whether she could go a bit off track and help me with a birthday celebration. It was the best idea ever. From our initial call on, Giulia has proven to be just..perfect. She is incredibly passionate and loves what she does, so she commits 100% of her time and energy in the party making. She is creative and full of ideas, but also has a strong sense of how to make them happen. She is totally trustworthy, has a manic attention to details and has taken care of every single aspect: we had a magician, a burlesque ballerina, a fancy bartender, just to mention a few of her surprises. We had a red carpet, tons of candles, balloons, flowers, string lights, stage curtains, champagne showers and cotillons falling from the roof. She did the location scouting and talked with each contractor, such as the photographer, dj, event manager, light technician, sound technician, cake maker, flourist, security, cloak room staff etc. Throughout this process my role was simply to explain her what i wanted, like and could afford, and she was coming out with the solutions- on time, with the best results and within the budget. And the party turned out to be a great success, each guest was astonished by the set up and has danced and laughed for the entire night. For me, the best way to turn 30!! So, words cant describe how grateful I am to Giulia and her team for creating such a magic night from scratch!! I totally recommend her for each kind of event you may need to plan- simply the best!

Giulia and her team are simply magicians! They helped us organise our wedding in Tuscany in Sept 2018 and what a wedding it was! Giulia listens, advises, does endless research, idea suggestions, supplier chasing and organising. She is probably the only person we’ve ever met who is able to concentrate on a romantic detail and chase down a tardy supplier with equal ease! We would highly recommend Studio Incorpora to anyone.
