Fatto appuntamento ma non c'era nessuno nell'agenzia .
Ho aspettato un'ora perché c'era un cartellino che diceva torno subito ma non e tornato nessuno.
Ho chiamato al cellulare dove ho fatto appuntamento ma nessuna risposta.
Total irresponsibility.
Made an appointment but there was no one in the agency.
I waited an hour because there was a sign saying I'll be right back but no one came back.
I called the cell phone where I made an appointment but no answer.
