★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto modo di avere a che fare con l’agenzia in oggetto in corso di una trattativa su un immobile a cui ero interessato a procedere per l’acquisto.
Disponibilità e professionalità fin dall’inizio da parte della moglie del titolare nel far vedere l’immobile più volte (com’è ovvio che sia se uno è interessato ad un acquisto così importante..) peccato poi per il finale!
L’offerta dell’acquisto dell’immobile anche seppur ribassata solamente dell’8% è stata rifiutata, lecito, anche se da parte dell’agenzia non sembra esserci mai stato grande interessamento a far vendere o acquistare l’immobile, con affermazioni: tanto rifiuterà, è troppo bassa, non accetterà mai. Certamente loro conoscono l’intenzione del cliente ma mi verrebbe da pensare: almeno uno ci prova (non scoraggia l’acquirente).
Riconsegnato l’assegno a persona da me incaricata di fronte al diniego dell’offerta: arriva la grande sorpresa.
Nessuna possibilità di parlare di una nuova offerta, la casa anche in fase di proposta è stata fatta vedere ad altre persone ( a detta loro), trovando così probabilmente un acquirente più remunerativo per l’agenzia.

Alla fine è l’agenzia che sceglie il cliente, non il cliente che sceglie l’agenzia: perché ognuno guarda in tasca propria.
Due stelle più che meritate per il trattamento e la disponibilità iniziale: peccato per il gran finale.
Avrei voluto metterne 5 anche se non avessi acquistato l’immobile.
I had the opportunity to deal with the agency in question during a negotiation on a property in which I was interested in proceeding with the purchase.
Availability and professionalism from the beginning on the part of the owner's wife in showing the property several times (of course it is if one is interested in such an important purchase ..) too bad for the ending!
The offer for the purchase of the property, even if reduced by only 8%, was rejected, lawful, even if the agency never seems to have been very interested in selling or buying the property, with statements: a lot it will refuse, it is too low, it will never accept. Certainly they know the customer's intention but I would think: at least one tries (does not discourage the buyer).
Returned the check to the person appointed by me in the face of the refusal of the offer: the big surprise arrives.
No possibility of talking about a new offer, the house was shown to other people even in the proposal phase (according to them), thus probably finding a more profitable buyer for the agency.
... let's remember
In the end it is the agency that chooses the client, not the client who chooses the agency: because everyone looks into their own pocket.
Two stars more than deserved for the treatment and the initial availability: shame about the grand finale.
I would have liked to put 5 even if I had not purchased the property.
