Dopo aver rimandato più volte, per più di due settimane oltre la data prevista l'installazione, quando finalmente ci è stato dato l'appuntamento.. non si è presentato nessuno. Senza nessun avviso, senza nessun rispetto per il lavoro degli altri operai e tecnici, che come in ogni cantiere si devono sincronizzare tra loro e si sono presentati con noi all'appuntamento per l'installazione, senza nessuna spiegazione o risposta. Professionalità non pervenuta. Dopo non essersi presentati, e non aver avvisato, hanno dato un nuovo appuntamento 1 settimana dopo. Non si può mettere in pausa un cantiere per più settimane, e diversi professionisti che lavorano con impegno a differenza loro, perché non sono in grado di montare 5 finestre.
 Bad service. After postponing the installation several times, for more than two weeks after the scheduled date, when we finally got the appointment .. no one showed up. Without any warning, without any respect for the work of the other workers and technicians, who, as in any construction site, must synchronize with each other and came with us to the appointment for the installation, without any explanation or response. Professionalism not received. After not showing up, and not giving notice, they made a new appointment 1 week later. You cannot put a construction site on hold for several weeks, and several professionals who work hard unlike them, because they are not able to mount 5 windows.

Se questa è la LORO CELERITA' E PROFESSIONALITA' LASCIAMO PERDERE. DIREI A DIR POCO DI LICENZIARE IN TRONCO I VENDITORI PREPOSTI PER FARE I PREVENTIVI E I VARI CONTRATTI. SE NON HANNO BISOGNO DI LAVORARE CHE CHIUDINO. CE NE SONO DI ALTRI COMPETITORS E PIU' PROFESSIONALI...ADDIO A GAMBE LEVATE....
Ho letto la vostra risposta....ci dispiace anche a noi ma abbiamo già deciso per un altro preventivo. Faccio presente solo che ne abbiamo richiesti 5 di preventivi ed entro una settimana tutti gli altri sono stati ricevuti. Spiace che l'unico preventivo non pervenuto sia stato il vostro di Verona. Forse è meglio che cambiate qualche procedura. Saluti e buon proseguimento....

I have read your answer .... we are sorry too but we have already decided for another quote. I would like to point out that we have requested 5 quotes and within a week all the others have been received. Sorry that the only estimate not received was yours from Verona. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ circa un mese fa abbiamo chiamato per prendere un appuntamento con il venditore di zona per avere un preventivo circa la sostituzione di serramenti di un appartamento. Avevamo parlato con una segretaria (ma forse era la donna delle pulizie), di nome Valentina,lasciando i nostri dati, dalla suddetta ci era stato detto che saremmo stati richiamati entro due/tre giorni dal venditore. Più sentito nulla, mah...chissà se i titolari su a Bolzano conoscono i comportamenti di questa gente, Non credo.
Ma forse la signorina Valentina con cui abbiamo parlato è davvero la donna delle pulizie. Si certamente è così. Contenti loro.
In risposta alla vostra risposta, vi consigliamo di parlare, non con tutte le Valentine, ma con la Valentina che dice di essere impiegata presso il vostro studio Finstral di Verona, vedrete che successone otterete. Cmq alla data odierna, dopo mesi dalla ns richiesta, ancora nessuna notizia, ne dalla famosa Valentina ne tantomeno dal venditore della zona lago. Poco male, la prossima sett. verranno istallati i nuovi serramenti da un'altra ditta. Bye Bye

We had talked to a secretary (but maybe it was the cleaning lady), named Valentina, leaving our data, we were told by the aforementioned that we would be called back within two / three days by the seller. Heard nothing more, well ... who knows if the owners in Bolzano know the behavior of these people, I don't think so.

Ottimi prodotti, con tante soluzioni e Valentina è stata gentile e professionale nel mostrarci l’ampia gamma. direi che oltre alla qualità il servizio habfatto la differenza nel sceglierli.
I visited this window shop a few weeks ago to ask for a quote to change the windows of an apartment I just bought. Excellent products, with many solutions and Valentina was kind and professional in showing us the wide range. I would say that in addition to the quality, the service made the difference in choosing them.

Very bad I asked for a quote for windows at the beginning they told me that they send the email to the area employee then having not received any answers I asked again but finally no call and quote .. I went to others ... I do not recommend finstral for lack correctness...
