★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Formaggi davvero ottimi, sia quelli freschi che quelli stagionati. Eccellente lo stracchino e lo yogurt! Molto buoni i gelati artigianali. Per la carne c'è anche la possibilità di ordinarla in anticipo... Le costine speziate sono da non perdere!
Really excellent cheeses, both fresh and aged. Excellent stracchino and yogurt! The homemade ice creams are very good. For the meat there is also the possibility to order it in advance ... The spiced ribs are not to be missed!

Ma visto che ieri mi hanno venduto (certamente sapendolo) mozzarelle vecchie, acide e stantie.....dimezzo il voto sperando non ci ricaschino!!! Le mozzarelle acide le dovete buttare voi, non io che le ho pagate per buone!!! Aggiungo sicuramente una stella per il formaggio mezzano e due stelle per la ricotta veramente ottima e freschissima. Ma lo scherzo della mozzarella non mi è piaciuto davvero per niente!!!
I would also have given 4 stars because I know they deserve them ...... But since yesterday they sold me (certainly knowing it) old, sour and stale mozzarella ..... I halve the vote, hoping they won't do it again !!! You have to throw away the sour mozzarella, not me who paid for it !!! I definitely add one star for the mezzano cheese and two stars for the really excellent and very fresh ricotta. But I really didn't like the mozzarella joke !!!

Sono ripassato sabato 5 marzo in orario di Apertura ed ancora era chiuso quindi probabilmente è fallito. Allego foto. Attendo conferma o smentita.
I passed today Tuesday 1st March at 11.30 am Opening time and it was CLOSED.
I came back on Saturday 5th March during opening hours and it was still closed so it probably went bankrupt. I attach photos. I await confirmation or denial.
