Ora il figlio continua l'attività aiutato dal padre. Sono stati parrucchieri a Miss Italia Miss Francia e ultimamente al Festival di San Remo The best hairdressers in Verona. Peggiore è stato, a seguito della mia richiesta di avere disinfettante e di ri-lavare i capelli sporchi di sangue, l'indifferenza di tutto il personale che mi ha veramente scioccata. Il proprietario si è assentato per dieci minuti, al suo ritorno gli ho fatto presente di sistemarmi la frangia tagliata in modo poco lineare, ma non ha modificato il taglio dicendo che andava benissimo in tono frenetico e imbarazzato , era più intenzionato a scacciarmi che a seguirmi come sua cliente, TANTOCHÉ NON HA MANIFESTATO ALCUN TIPO DI DISPIACERE, PRETENDENDO IL PAGAMENTO COME SE NON MI AVESSERO ARRECATO ALCUN DANNO. Mi ritrovo con dolore all'orecchio, ferita aperta , gonfiore , mal di testa e rischio infezioni per le forbici non pulite, sono forse conseguenze della vostra bravura che tanto pubblicizzate ? Nonostante il loro servizio, ho pagato e non poco. Come ultima esperienza non consiglio vivamente, soprattutto per la poca professionalità, sensibilità in casi in cui devono essere presenti con i clienti e non solo quando tutto va bene . I find myself with ear pain, open wound, swelling, headache and risk of infections due to unclean scissors, are they perhaps consequences of your skills that you advertise so much? Despite their service, I paid a lot. As a last experience I do not recommend highly, especially for the lack of professionalism, sensitivity in cases where they have to be present with customers and not only when everything is fine. Taglio sempre impeccabile,Gianni e Fabio semplicemente due grandi professionisti, nulla viene lasciato al caso. Lo staff è ben organizzato tutti sono molto simpatici, ma soprattutto preparatissimi e Molto attenti alle esigenze dei clienti! Non lo cambierei con nessun team di Verona,questi sono veri professionist! Numero 1! assolutamente consigliato a tutti. Kindness and courtesy together with a professionalism that has no equal. Always impeccable cut, Gianni and Fabio simply two great professionals, nothing is left to chance. The staff is well organized, everyone is very nice, but above all very well prepared and very attentive to customer needs! I wouldn't change it with any Verona team, these are real professionals! Sanno mixare un uso sapiente dei migliori prodotti con un abilità artigianale da maestri nel taglio e nelle acconciature. Salone assolutamente da frequentare per la maestria e la cordialità di tutto lo staff. Bravissimi . Gianni and Fabio and all their staff are friendly, personable and professional.
