Mi sono rivolto a lei con l'obiettivo di perdere dei kili in eccesso, considerate che sono un tipo che odia le diete e quant'altro, ma con Antonella, oltre ad essere la mia nutrizionista è diventata un amica in quanto super disponibile e attenta e mi ha seguito in ogni momento. La mia esperienza è stata stupenda, mi ha insegnato a capire quanto sia importante mangiare bene, con una dieta molto varia che non mi ha fatto patire fame (cosa di cui avevo paura) o disturbi avendo risultati in breve tempo. Ora ho perso molti kili, mi sento benissimo, mangio bene e salutare, riconosco gli alimenti (dopo averla stressata con mille domande :) e se penso allo schifo che mangiavo prima rabbrividisco... Che dire di più... se volete una PROFESSIONISTA SERIA e volete esser seguiti nella vostra sfida ve la consiglio perché sà ascoltare e sa guidarvi fino all'obiettivo. Provare per credere!!!
