Personale per la mia diretta esperienza poco evasivo e risoluzione Delle pratiche lunghe e farraginose.
In altri termini se dovessi rivolgermi nuovamente alla stessa non lo farei proprio sia l'unica agenzia presente in Italia
Agency to say the least, little attentive to the care and needs of its customers.
Personal for my direct experience not very evasive and resolution of long and cumbersome practices.
In other words, if I had to contact the same again I would not be the only agency present in Italy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al limite della truffa, ora dovro' rivolgermi ad un legale! Dopo 45 giorni non si vede libretto. Dicono che l'hanno spedito ma non mi danno il codice raccomandata. Ho preso una multa per aver girato senza libretto e da 20 giorni non posso usare la moto. A gente cosi' dovrebbero ritirare qualunque tipo di licenza! Questo è comunque un pubblico servizio!!!
On the verge of scam, now I'll have to contact a lawyer! After 45 days no booklet is seen. They say they sent it but they don't give me the registered code. I got a fine for driving without a registration document and I have not been able to use the bike for 20 days. People like that should withdraw any kind of license! This is still a public service !!!

They are scammers after almost 2 months still have not made the switch and have stolen 560 euros.
