Un pó di problemi in fatto di precisione e puntualitá

I did some paperwork in this agency such as change of ownership, car tax and license renewal. They proved to be punctual, kind and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pur essendo loro cliente da anni, mi hanno accolto in piedi senza farmi sedere e liquidato in 5 minuti in quanto si sono detti incapaci di fornirmi assistenza. Sono andato in ACI e in 10 minuti ho risolto. Strano, fanno pratiche auto ma non le fanno :-)
Despite having been their client for years, they welcomed me standing without sitting and liquidated me in 5 minutes as they said they were unable to provide me with assistance. I went to ACI and within 10 minutes I solved it. Strange, they do auto practices but they don't :-)

I had already benefited from the services performed very well by the staff of Ognipratica, but today, on the occasion of a license plate change due to loss, they are exceeded. Professionalism, competence, concern and courtesy, led me to write this review (5 stars would still be few).
