siamo molto dispiaciuti per le Vostre recensioni negative riguardo al nostro studio.
Ci piacerebbe, però, conoscerne le ragioni, poiché scrivere solamente “negativo” senza alcuna motivazione oggettiva, a nostro parere, ha poco significato e non ci è utile per migliorare gli aspetti che Vi hanno portate a questo giudizio.
Sarebbe più opportuno, inoltre, che le recensioni, positive o negative che siano, venissero scritte da pazienti che hanno realmente portato a termine un piano di trattamento da noi, e che possano segnalare ad altri utenti la qualità e la professionalità che ci impegniamo ad offrire quotidianamente.

We would like, however, to know the reasons, since writing only "negative" without any objective motivation, in our opinion, has little meaning and is not useful for improving the aspects that led you to this judgment.
