★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sto aspettando da due settimane un pacco acquistato in questo negozio tramite eBay,ma non rispondono alle mail ne tantomeno si degnano a comunicarmi il perché del ritardo. adesso ho aperto un reclamo con eBay nella speranza di riavere i miei soldi perché attualmente mi sento truffato,ho pagato e non ho ricevuto niente. lo eviterò nei miei prossimi acquisti.

I have been waiting for two weeks for a parcel purchased in this shop through eBay, but they do not respond to emails nor do they deign to communicate the reason for the delay. now I have opened a complaint with eBay in the hope of getting my money back because I currently feel cheated, paid and received nothing. I will avoid it in my next purchases.
update to 11/05/2020, they have refunded me and it is right that I write it
