Strumenti sempre all’avanguardia; la professionalità e la precisione di tutte le dottoresse fanno il resto. Tutte cose che ti mettono a tuo agio anche su quella “scomoda” poltrona. Non a caso sono con lo Studio Massaccesi da più di 10 anni. Consigliatissimo. When to go to the dentist is not a stress. Da qualche mese a questa parte, i prezzi sono notevolmente aumentati ma la cosa più disturbante è la poca professionalità dello staff di segreteria. Confondono gli appuntamenti e si pongono male con i pazienti del tipo che non sono garbati ma usano frasi del tipo "DEVE aspettare un attimo"...invece che un più elegante "sono subito da lei". Come se ti facessero un favore ad essere un paziente dello studio. Ne ho parlato con gli operatori sanitari ma a loro sembra che questo tipo di approccio vada bene così. A me, non più. Quando il cliente aveva sempre ragione....bei tempi quelli!!!! I had a great time in this dental office for some time. For a few months now, prices have increased significantly but the most disturbing thing is the lack of professionalism of the secretarial staff. They confuse appointments and put themselves wrong with patients who are not polite but use phrases like "You MUST wait a minute" ... instead of a more elegant "I'm with you right away." As if they were doing you a favor by being a patient in the study. I have talked to health professionals about it but it seems to them that this type of approach is fine as well. To me, not anymore. When the customer was always right .... those good times !!!!

Da subito ho riscontrato professionalità, dedizione e una costante voglia di migliorarsi. Il paziente è messo a proprio agio con gentilezza e sempre con un sorriso. Nel mio caso ho avuto problemi di carie, che sono state curate con enorme professionalità dalla Dottoressa Barbara Massaccesi. Ripeto la parola "professionalità" in quanto penso sia uno dei molteplici pregi che ho riscontrato in questi anni. I prezzi sono nella media e penso sia un aspetto che non debba essere posto in secondo piano. I had never actually undergone this type of procedure before so I felt obviously a bit concerned of potential pain or complications but I must say-having completed all required pre and post-implant stages now to full satisfaction- I felt immediately relieved and pleased throughout the entire period of treatment in doctor Massaccesi's capable and confident hands as well as those of her stand-out assistant team. I must stress that alongside being an excellent professional she also proved very patient, understanding and a wonderful person which is what truly makes a difference when you are on the dentist's chair.
