V	Valério Violino Conti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un disastro sotto tutti i punti di vista. Ho fatto un trasloco dalla Francia a Roma e ho lasciato per qualche mese le mie cose nel loro deposito. Metà del lavoro me lo sono fatto da solo. Perché i traslocatori erano stanchi e portavano una scatola alla volta, lasciando il camion aperto e incustodito. Se non li avessi aiutati staremmo ancora lì a caricare. Non avevano materiale sufficiente per imballare i mobili che ho infatti ritrovato tutti irreparabilmente danneggiati. Un mobile antico ho dovuto buttarlo perché pieno di tagli e muffa. Poi tavolo completamente rovinat, sedie rotte, quadri scheggiati. Forno sfondato, completamente schiacciato..ma come si fa a sfondare un forno ? Anche molto abiti gettati a causa della muffa...dopo che mi avevano assicurato che il deposito era secco e asciutto, probabilmente li hanno messi in qualche scantinato chissà dove. Si sono rifiutati di risarcirmi i danni liquidando mi con la scusa che ormai i tempi erano scaduti...ma scaduti di cosa? che ve l’ho fatto notare subito. A nulla sono valse le numerose mail e i tentativi di chiamate al telefono: non rispondono se non con delle scuse molto fantasiose. Il titolare non è mai in sede oppure è lui che risponde dicendo di essere il segretario. Uno schifo!! A disaster from all points of view. I moved from France to Rome and left my belongings in their storage for a few months. Half the job I did it myself. Because the movers were tired and carried one box at a time, leaving the truck open and unattended. If I hadn't helped them we would still be there to load. They didn't have enough material to pack the furniture that I found all irreparably damaged. An antique piece of furniture I had to throw away because it was full of cuts and mold. Then completely ruined table, broken chairs, chipped paintings. Smashed oven, completely crushed .. but how do you break an oven? Even a lot of clothes thrown away because of mold ... after they had assured me that the deposit was dry and dry, they probably put them in some basement who knows where. They refused to compensate me for the damage by liquidating me with the excuse that by now the times had expired ... but expired of what? which I pointed out to you immediately. The numerous emails and telephone call attempts were of no use: they do not respond except with very imaginative excuses. The owner is never in the office or it is he who answers saying he is the secretary. Sucks !!
V	Valerio Conti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scandaloso: oltre a ritrovare la maggior parte dei mobili rotti, mi avevano detto che avrei potuto accedere tranquillamente al mio box nel deposito. Invece poi, mi è stato risposto che per ogni accesso avrei dovuto pagare 50 euro. Di sicuro il deposito non è secco e asciutto come avevano assicurato, in quanto ho dovuto buttare vestiti e mobili pieni di tarli e muffa. Ovviamente introvabili quando lo cerchi e si lavano le mani di ogni responsabilità. Si vantano di essere in attività da 85 anni ma dopo tutto questo tempo ancora non hanno capito come si lavora e come ci si rapporta con la gente. Sono arrivati il giorno del trasloco con un terzo del materiale per imballaggio, hanno utilizzato il mio personale ma non era sufficiente. Prima, durante e dopo , mi ero raccomandata di fare attenzione soprattutto al salotto, raccomandazioni fatte più volte al titolare sia al telefono sia di persona agli addetti il giorno del trasloco. Sono stata ignorata completamente, le sedie sono arrivate tutte scheggiate e il tavolo in uno stato pietoso. Il responsabile mi ha inviato un falegname che ha rattoppato alla meglio ma che non ha certo potuto far tornare le sedie allo stato originale. Quando poi ho chiesto che anche il tavolo venisse restaurato (il falegname avrebbe preso pochissimo, prezzo di favore per la ditta) il responsabile ha rifiutato adducendo la scusa che avevo lasciato troppo tempo i mobili nel loro deposito (che mi avevano assicurato essere asciutto e sicuro) e che in più avevo segnalato troppo tardi il problema del tavolo (due settimane dopo il trasloco, il giorno in cui l’ho potuto mostrare al falegname). I fatti si commentano da soli, io mi limito a sconsigliare questa ditta nella maniera più Bad from all points of view. When I then asked that the table be restored too (the carpenter would have taken very little, a preferential price for the company) the manager refused, citing the excuse that I had left the furniture in their storage for too long (which they had assured me to be dry and safe ) and that I had also reported the problem of the table too late (two weeks after the move, the day I was able to show it to the carpenter). The facts speak for themselves, I just advise against this company in the most way

Anche se era entro la stessa città, il rischio è sempre forte: evitato grazie al solerte e simpaticissimo Alessio.
