Precisi, assolutamente puntuali, responsabili (caratteristica che ho potuto apprezzare ancor di più in questo periodo di emergenza Covid). I risultati raggiunti in questo breve lasso di tempo mi hanno fatto capire quanto siano bravi. Sono estremamente soddisfatta. Consiglio vivamente lo studio a chiunque cercasse tutte le qualità che io per prima ho riscontrato.
 My two children and I have been clients of Dr. Putero's office for about two years. Professionalism and courtesy characterize their modus operandi with customers. Precise, absolutely punctual, responsible (a feature that I was able to appreciate even more in this period of Covid emergency). Grande chiarezza e comunicazione efficace quando ho prenotato l’appuntamento telefonicamente. Nello studio si respirava un clima rilassato e le norme Covid sono state assolutamente rispettate. Mi sono sentita sempre a mio agio e ho trovato tutto lo staff molto gentile e cordiale. Eccellente il trattamento di igiene dentale.

Grande professionalità, empatia, gentilezza, disponibilità, competenza caratterizzano tutti i membri dello staff; uno staff giovane e molto preparato.
Molta è la chiarezza nello spiegare, sia da parte del dottore che dei suoi collaboratori, le procedure mediche che bisognerà eseguire.

A partire dalla professionalità con cui il Dr.Putero e staff mette a proprio agio il cliente mi ha subito fatto capire che questa volta ho trovato lo studio dentistico che fa al caso mio. Avevo un po’ di timore della anestesia e ora grazie al Dr.Putero per me è una passeggiata ogni volta. Professionale sia il Dottore che lo staff, sin dalla prima visita hanno già riconosciuto i miei problemi e messo in atto il piano terapeutico migliore in base alle mie esigenze. Ho deciso di provare questo studio per via delle elevate recensioni e non me ne sono pentito. Mai aspettato più di 5 minuti in sala d’attesa, impensabile per me visto che nei precedenti studi aspettavo anche più di 20 minuti ogni volta, e con il lavoro diventava più un problema che altro andare dal dentista.
Se cercate un studio dentistico serio, preciso, puntuale per gli appuntamenti, staff giovane e super qualificato, date retta a questa recensione e fate un regalo ai vostri denti.

I was a little afraid of anesthesia and now thanks to Dr. Putero it's a walk for me every time. Both the Doctor and the staff are professional, since the first visit they have already recognized my problems and put in place the best therapeutic plan according to my needs. I decided to give this study a try due to the high reviews and have not regretted it. Never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room, unthinkable for me since in previous studies I waited even more than 20 minutes each time, and with work it became more of a problem than anything else to go to the dentist.
