Io in prima persona per ben due volte di seguito. Stessa cosa. Very negative experience. I just say that the appointment at 11.45 made 13.05 I still had to call those of 10.45. Reply? Unforeseen ...... I in first person twice in a row. Same thing.

Attese lunghissime.. e alla domanda: devo attendere un mese per un dente? Mi viene risposto da una signora con capelli corti acida ed arrogante: può andare da un altra parte!! Dopo aver pagato € 240! Scostumati, andremo sicuramente da un altra parte con molto piacere. There is nothing to say about professionalism ... but staff not polite towards customers. Long waits .. and to the question: do I have to wait a month for a tooth? I am answered by a sour and arrogant lady with short hair: she can go somewhere else !! After paying € 240! Ungrateful, we will certainly go somewhere else with great pleasure.

Ho prenotato telefonicamente una visita con pulizia dei denti,mi hanno riferito che avrei trovato un dentista che mi avrebbe visitata e l'igienista per la pulizia. In realtà,giunta all'appuntamento,mi riceve una ragazza che dopo avermi fatta accomodare ,procede con un trattamento anomalo della durata di 5 minuti massimo, potrei paragonarlo ad una semplice lavata di denti come quelle che facciamo a casa . Oltre all'inutulità della seduta ,la pulizia é stata per giunta dolorosa (ho il labbro spaccato ) . Dopo averle detto che avevo anche una carie ,lei mi ha detto di rivolgermi ad un dentista . Le informazioni che mi avevano dato al telefono pertanto non corrispondevano al vero . Negativissima experience. I booked a dental cleaning visit by phone, they told me that I would find a dentist who would visit me and the hygienist for cleaning. Actually, when I get to the appointment, I receive a girl who, after making me sit down, proceeds with an abnormal treatment lasting 5 minutes maximum, I could compare it to a simple brushing of teeth like the ones we do at home. In addition to the uselessness of the session, cleaning was also painful (my lip is split). After telling her I also had a caries, she told me to go to a dentist. The information they had given me on the phone therefore did not correspond to the truth.
