★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che la mia situazione dentistica non è delle migliori ma non bisogna trattare le persone con scortesia. Sono andata in questo studio con l’assicurazione di unisalute. Sarà perché la visita era convenzionata ma sono stata trattata con sufficienza, giusto per far presto la pulizia e la visita, senza nemmeno interessarsi e parlare del percorso che dovrei fare. Volevano solo fare in fretta a fare la scheda per avere il pagamento da unisalute. Quindi visto la scortesia non ci tornerei mai più.
Per la pulizia niente da dire. Se non vi vanno bene clienti con le convenzioni fatte a meno di collaborare con le assicurazioni sanitarie. E come dice lei se non mi sono preoccupata di domandare se dovevo pagare qualcosa e perché sapevo già che non le dovevo niente visto che mi era stato comunicato da UniSalute. Buon giornata
I state that my dental situation is not the best but we must not treat people rudely. I went to this studio with unisalute insurance. Maybe because the visit had an agreement but I was treated with enough, just to make cleaning and visit soon, without even taking an interest and talking about the path I should take. They just wanted to hurry to make the card to get the payment from unisalute. So given the rudeness I would never go back.
Nothing to say about cleaning. If you don't like customers with conventions made unless you work with health insurance. And as you say if I didn't bother to ask if I had to pay something and because I already knew that I didn't owe her anything since I had been notified by UniSalute. Good day
