★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognoso! Appuntamento preso 3 mesi prima, arrivo la mattina (lunedì) e mi dicono che la dottoressa non c'è, sostenendo di avermi cercato il venerdì. Peccato che non risulti la chiamata, né persa né ricevuta. Presa la mattina di ferie dal lavoro per niente. 1 stella solo perché meno non si può dare.
Shameful! Appointment made 3 months before, I arrive in the morning (Monday) and they tell me that the doctor is not there, claiming to have sought me on Friday. Too bad the call is not lost or received. Taken on vacation morning for nothing. 1 star only because less can not be given.
