★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo cominciato ad avere problemi con un molare e ho fatto un preventivo in un "X" centro, si come quasi mai mi capita di avere problemi con la mia salute dentale, ho voluto avere un secondo parere visto la mia classica "paura di poltrona dentistica" in modo di essere sicura di scegliere il posto giusto per me, allora faccio una telefonata allo studio "Bonacina-Galletta" e per la mia sorpresa quando ho detto che mi serviva un parere professionale ho ricevuto una reazione piuttosto aggressiva, senza dubbio negativa, anzi, persino pesante e offensiva nel mio confronto, allora, comunque sono andata avanti e ho chiarito che mi serviva un preventivo, reagendo questo dentista al telefono ancora più volgare per finire chiudendo la chiamata in forma violenta. Mi chiedo, se sono così al telefono, non riesco immaginare come ti trattano dentro lo studio. Assolutamente non raccomandabile. Alla fine, lavoro fatto ovviamente in un altro centro.
