Purtroppo una volta contattata la stessa, mi è stato comunicato che la prestazione sarebbe avvenuta in misura ridotta gratuita o completa previo versamento di una quota aggiuntiva a mio carico, assolutamente non in conformità con quanto previsto dal contratto assicurativo e provato da anni di utilizzo presso altre strutture. Tutto ciò ha generato un disagio non indifferente per annullare la prestazione prenotata con RBM e riattivare la stessa presso una struttura differente. Due stelle solo per la cortesia della persona che mi ha risposto al telefono, appellandosi a decisioni prese dal proprietario della struttura. Peccato. After activating an oral hygiene voucher with my RBM insurance, I selected this facility due to its proximity to my home. Unfortunately, once contacted the same, I was informed that the service would take place in a reduced free or complete measure upon payment of an additional fee at my expense, absolutely not in accordance with the provisions of the insurance contract and proven by years of use at other structures. All this has generated a considerable inconvenience to cancel the service booked with RBM and reactivate it at a different facility. Two stars only for the courtesy of the person who answered the phone, appealing to decisions made by the owner of the structure. Sin.

Tuttavia mi sono trovata benissimo, sia per lo staff altamente professionale, sia per la superlativa competenza del dott. Emanuele Riva (che ringrazio pubblicamente) e non ultimo, per gli spazi e l'attrezzatura nuovissima. Per me è lo studio migliore della zona. Grazie. For years I have been under treatment at the Alzate clinic. I know that they recently changed management and one of the brothers changed his studio. However, I had a great time, both for the highly professional staff and for the superlative competence of dr. Emanuele Riva (whom I publicly thank) and last but not least, for the spaces and the brand new equipment. For me it is the best studio in the area. Thanks.
