★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesi e poco professionali. Non conoscono la tecnologia visto che la e-mail è solo una proforma, telefonicamente quasi irraggiungibili è poco inclini alla collaborazione. Fortunatamente sono in affitto ma nel momento in cui comprerò casa farò molta attenzione a non doverci nuovamente a che fare.
Rude and unprofessional. They do not know the technology since the e-mail is only a proforma, almost unreachable by phone and it is not very prone to collaboration. Fortunately I am rented but when I buy a house I will be very careful not to have to deal with it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi, sono in affitto, non si relazionano mai con gli affittuari, solo con i proprietari di casa, le comunicazioni mon esistono. Inoltre sto aspettando un'intervento da 1 mese (danno causato dal mio vicino, per questo é necessario il loro intervento)e nonostante i solleciti continui si danno alla macchia, in compenso per le richieste sono assillanti e creano situazioni di disagio a tutto il condominio. Sono buona parte del motivo per cui sto cambiando casa.
Bad, they are rented, they never relate to renters, only with home owners, there are communications. I am also waiting for an intervention for 1 month (damage caused by my neighbor, this is why their intervention is necessary) and despite the constant requests they go to the bush, on the other hand for the requests they are nagging and create uncomfortable situations for the whole condominium . They are a large part of the reason I am moving house.
