Infine, posso affermare che il gruppo di lavoro che lo compone è formato e attento. E' da 35 anni che ho a che fare con amministratori di condominio e lo Studio Chiarelli se non è il peggiore è uno dei peggiori con cui ho avuto a che fare. Vanno a simpatie, che già non è un comportamento professionale, rispondono spesso molto in ritardo alle mail e ancor più spesso sono incomplete alle domande richieste. E' uno dei pochissimi studi che non fa le assemblee anche via web e non usa i social per comunicare con i condomini (es. in altri condomini abbiamo un gruppo su whatsapp per comunicare tra tutti i condomini per questioni inerenti esclusivamente al condominio). A svariate richieste da anni di inviarmi la convocazione assemblea, il consuntivo e il preventivo via mail, che per molti condomini fanno solo in questo modo, oltre ai termini di legge cioè con raccomandata si è sempre rifiutato.
