★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasta molto amareggiata dall'atteggiamento assunto durante un riscontro di un problema importante. Credo che un vero professionista debba prendersi carico degli errori commessi e quantomeno interessarsi di più riguardo il problema evidenziato.
I was very saddened by the attitude taken during a finding of an important problem. I believe that a true professional should take charge of the mistakes made and at least take an interest in the problem highlighted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono ritornato a distanza di anni ma sono rimasto deluso, data la superficialità constatata (in un dente ho perso la sensibilità e la colorazione è sbagliata, va beh). Peggio è andata a mia sorella, con altro medico, causa lavorazione sbagliata che causava forte fastidio, fatto presente poco dopo (non era solo un infiammazione!) ma problema risolto solo da altro studio, le lastre pre e dopo parlano chiaro se qualcuno alla chiamata le avesse risposto cortesemente invece di dimostrare menefreghismo. Non è un fatto di soldi (che comunque non sono nemmeno pochi) ma la mancanza di responsabilità, caratteristica molto comune al giorno d'oggi. P.S. lavori tutti pagati
I went back years but I was disappointed, given the superficiality found (in one tooth I lost the sensitivity and the color is wrong, okay). Worse went to my sister, with another doctor, due to wrong processing that caused severe discomfort, which was reported shortly after (it was not just an inflammation!) But a problem solved only by another study, the pre and after plates speak clearly if someone on the call replied politely instead of showing indifference. It is not a matter of money (which in any case are not even scarce) but the lack of responsibility, a very common feature nowadays. P.S. all paid jobs
