Alle 8 l'ufficio è chiuso, aprendo causa covid dalle ore 9. Mi presento alle nove e la signora allo sportello con una maleducazione imbarazzante lamenta l'assenza dell'appuntamento in primis, e successivamente l'assenza di marca da bollo e fotocopia carta d'identità (ala prenotazione viene richiesto di portare solo il documento di identità per riconoscimento). Mi reco ad acquistare quanto richiesto, torno allo sportello e ancora con estrema scortesia vengo invitato a passare per il ritiro alle 11. Torno alle ore 11, sportello chiuso, busso, con toni imbarazzanti vengo invitato ad aspettare fuori dall'edificio perché cito "sono sola e ci sono tante cose da fare". Attendo fuori (novembre con 10 gradi) e solo alle 11.30 ricevo il certificato. IMBARAZZANTE. Due stelle solo per la cortesia del personale di vigilanza, che assiste a questa disorganizzazione e maleducazione da tempo, supportando per quanto possibile gli avventori. Una mattinata persa, spero di non dover più tornare in vita mia. Unkindness and disorganization.
