Un paio di mesi fa ho visto un appartamento a Brusaporto molto carino e ho fatto subito la proposta in modo da poterlo occupare subito.
Dopo qualche giorno l'agente immobiliare ci informa che la proprietaria dell'appartamento era sparita ed era meglio che cominciavamo a cercare altro senza spiegazione.
Dopo circa 2-3 settimane la signora è "riapparsa" ma volevo affittarlo ad un suo conoscente e l'agente immobiliare per giorni ha ignorato i miei messaggi e chiamate.
E poi un'altra cosa...la ragazza che risponde al telefono per fissare gli appuntamenti è sempre scorbutica e acida.
MAI più.
Agency to say the least BAD !!
A couple of months ago I saw a very nice apartment in Brusaporto and I immediately made the proposal so that I could occupy it immediately.
After a few days the real estate agent informs us that the owner of the apartment was gone and it was better that we started looking for something else without explanation.
After about 2-3 weeks the lady "reappeared" but I wanted to rent it to an acquaintance of hers and the real estate agent for days ignored my messages and calls.
And then another thing ... the girl who answers the phone to make appointments is always grumpy and sour.
Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza al dir poco pessima!! Abbiamo visionato 2 volte un'abitazione perché interessati, l'agente ci ha messo fretta per effettuare la proposta e consegnare l'assegno in modo di essere i primi e bloccare la trattativa! Dopo 3 settimane di perdita di tempo e prese in giro, perché diversamente non si può definire, ci ha comunicato che il venditore aveva accettato la nostra proposta ma che era meglio farci da parte perche non poteva aspettare l'approvazione del mutuo, e aveva altri 2 possibili acquirenti! A parere mio non avrò più a che fare con voi per la vostra poca serietà!
Experience to say the least bad !! We have viewed a house twice because interested, the agent has put us in a hurry to make the proposal and deliver the check in order to be the first and block the deal! After 3 weeks of wasting time and teasing, because otherwise it can not be defined, he told us that the seller had accepted our proposal but that it was better to step aside because he could not wait for the approval of the loan, and had other 2 possible buyers! In my opinion I will no longer have to deal with you for your lack of seriousness!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ci si può fidare sulle cose che dicono ma vanno verificate a noi ci hanno venduto una porzione di casa tranquilla in mezzo alla campagna mentre invece è una casa tutt'altro che tranquilla.. Per vendere si fa di tutto.. Oltretutto quando ho richiesto la copia del pagamento che mi ero dimenticata di chiedere la segretaria scocciata mi ha risposto che dovevo chiederla subito non che loro dovevano darmela subito ma dovevo richiederla io..
We cannot trust the things they say but they must be verified to us they sold us a portion of a quiet house in the middle of the countryside while instead it is a house that is anything but quiet .. To sell you do everything .. Plus when I have requested the copy of the payment that I had forgotten to ask the annoyed secretary replied that I had to ask for it immediately not that they had to give it to me immediately but I had to request it myself ..
