★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno consiglio lo Studio Avvocati Pontalti ed in particolar modo l' avvocato Giorgio Pontalti a chiunque, specialmente a quelle persone che non si fidano degli avvocati o che hanno timore di rivolgersi o cercare un avvocato perché pieni di paure pur avendone bisogno, facendosi mille domande tipo mi capirà, mi seguirà bene, mi vergogno un po' a descrivere la mia situazione attuale ecc.ecc. ebbene avete trovato il Vostro Avvocato di fiducia di famiglia! Preparatissimo ed efficientissimo dispone di segretarie gentili e celeri ed ha un modo di fare unico sempre disponibile, sa ascoltare e comprendere ma soprattutto risolvere i vs problemi piccoli o GROSSI che siano! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il giorno 13 febbraio 2020 ho contattato telefonicamente l'Avv. Chiara Pontalti, che è stata incaricata come mio difensore d'ufficio della denuncia a mio carico, da parte di Fausto Gardumi. L'avvocato in tono infastidito mi chiese di non disturbarla più sul suo telefono personale, comunque se ci fosse stato qualcosa a mio carico l'avrebbe saputo ben presto. Il Giudice fatte le indagini depositò la sentenza in cancelleria verso la meta di ottobre 2020. Quindi, per poter affrontare una mia difesa dalle accuse, avrei dovuto avere comunicazione di questo in tempi rapidi, invece ho ricevuto notizie della sentenza, dall'avvocato Chiara Pontalti il 17 dicembre, ad una settimana dalla scadenza dei termini per il ricorso, ma l'appuntamento con l'avvocato l'ho avuto il 21 di dicembre quindi a 3/ 4 giorni dalla scadenza dei termini e comunque l'avvocato aveva altri impegni, quindi l'incontro l'ho avuto con un suo collaboratore, il quale tagliando corto, mi ha sconsigliato vivamente di proseguire e si è affrettato ad accompagnarmi verso l'uscita. Le mie considerazioni sull'operato dell'avvocato non le faccio, dico solo che a pochi giorni dalla scadenza dei termini e dal Natale non era per niente facile trovare un altro avvocato.
Semplicemente faccio notare il nome di Fausto Gardumi.

On February 13, 2020 I contacted Avv. Chiara Pontalti, who has been appointed as my official defender of the complaint against me by Fausto Gardumi. The lawyer in an annoyed tone asked me not to disturb her again on her personal phone, however if there was something against me she would soon know. The Judge made the inquiries filed the sentence with the chancellery towards the middle of October 2020. So, in order to face my defense from the accusations, I should have been notified of this quickly, instead I received news of the sentence, from the lawyer Chiara Pontalti on December 17, one week before the deadline for the appeal, but I had an appointment with the lawyer on December 21, so 3/4 days before the deadline and in any case the lawyer had other commitments, so I had the meeting with one of his collaborators, who, cutting it short, strongly advised me not to continue and hurried to accompany me towards the exit. I do not make my considerations on the work of the lawyer, I just say that a few days before the deadline and Christmas it was not at all easy to find another lawyer.
I simply point out the name of Fausto Gardumi.
