Доктор заявляет, что работает с препаратом Restylane, но по каким-то бредовым причинам напрочь отказался показать после процедуры ампулу от препарата, с которой работал. Карточка клиента не заводится, никакие рекомендации не даются, как и не интересуется о предыдущем опыте подобных процедур. В конце процедуры намочил в спирт вату, вручил мне ее со словами "все, я закончил, протирай (!! Я?? Сама??!) лицо".... По итогу было сделано на одной щеке три линии уколов и на другой....Я была в шоке. Студия в центре города (хоть и Удине) и "передовой европейский опыт". Позорище. И разочарование. Non mi è sembrato professionale. Durante la visita é stato distaccato, ma decisamente poco empatico. Non ci tornerò mai più. Faccio presente che non sono obesa, ho un sovrappeso leggero. Diciamo che rispetto ad altre esperienze qui si e instaurato quel rapporto di fiducia tra medico e paziente che ognuno di noi spera di trovare nel proprio dottore e che purtroppo non cosi frequentemente avviene. Complimenti al dottore ed a tutto lo staff! Personally I had a great time, professional in every aspect, from the visit to the welcome, I found an availability out of the ordinary. Let's say that compared to other experiences, that relationship of trust between doctor and patient has been established here that each of us hopes to find in his own doctor and which unfortunately does not happen so frequently. Congratulations to the doctor and all the staff!

Strumenti non sanificati adeguatamente con autoclave,tra un paziente e l'altro zero igienizzazione,in questo periodo di covid! Mi dispiace pollice giù...esperienza pessima! Non aggiungo altro! Sconsigliato... Unprofessional doctors with obsolete techniques, you think you turn to excellence instead ... they can close when they want! Instruments not sanitized adequately with an autoclave, between one patient and another zero sanitation, in this covid period! Sorry thumbs down ... bad experience! I do not add anything else!
