cute and clean environment but presumptuous and insistent staff on treatments which undergo ... Doctor cold and unfriendly. I think there is much better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La signorina del ricevimento é molto professionale. La dermatologa dottoressa Manuela Sallustio é eccezionale, ma anche molto semplice e diretta. Ti visita, ti spiega, ti mette a tuo agio, si capisce subito che ama il suo lavoro, e tratta le persone con gran rispetto.
The receptionist is very professional. The dermatologist Dr. Manuela Sallustio is outstanding, but also very simple and direct. He visits you, explains you, puts you at ease, you immediately understand that he loves his job, and treats people with great respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolta in questa struttura qualche anno fa, indirizzata da un dermatologo. Lasciate perdere. Promettono soluzioni definitive e invece sono state inefficaci. Ovviamente tutti i risultati vengono promessi a voce, mai uno scritto che indichi la durata effettiva del trattamento. Se ciò non bastasse non sono mai riuscita a iniziare una seduta in orario.. Potrei andare avanti ore, ma mi fermo qua. Vivamente sconsigliato.
I turned to this facility a few years ago, referred to by a dermatologist. Forget it. They promise definitive solutions and instead have been ineffective. Obviously all the results are promised by word of mouth, never a writing indicating the actual duration of the treatment. If this were not enough I have never been able to start a session on time .. I could go on for hours, but I will stop here. Strongly discouraged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasta delusa di questo posto e della dottoressa Desy Dragovich. Ci sono venuta con uno scopo ben preciso - fare una biorivitalizzazione del viso, procedura che faccio già da qualche anno in Ucraina ma, visto la situazione Covid (non ci sono i voli), non posso ora viaggiare e volevo farla al poliambulatorio.
La dottoressa mi ha spiegato che il termine biorevitalizzazione è molto generico, che si tratta di tutto e di niente (e quindi perché è indicato sul vostro sito?), che sa fare tutto però decide lei cosa fare a me non lo fa? ed ha proposto "idratare la pelle" nel loro studio. Ho detto di nuovo che voglio fare la biorivitalizzazione e sono venuta proprio per questo. La dottoressa mi ha ripetuto che decide lei e che non me la fa. Vorrei ricordare alla dottoressa Desy Dragovich che sono io il cliente, che io pago e che scelgo cosa fare e che decido anche io!
Secondo me, sotto questo “sugo” lei offriva semplicemente quello che sa fare??♀️. Però che l'idratazione la consigli alle ragazze 25+, e non a me a 35 anni.
Io chiedevo non un consiglio e neppure una consulenza. Si sentiva che ti fanno un favore piuttosto di offrire servizio pagato da me.
È stato solo una perdita del mio tempo - vorrei menzionare anche ritardo di 20 minuti - e una grande delusione.
I was disappointed with this place and Dr. Desy Dragovich. I came with a very specific purpose - to do a facial biorevitalization, a procedure I have been doing for a few years in Ukraine but, given the Covid situation (there are no flights), I cannot travel now and I wanted to do it in the clinic.
The doctor explained to me that the term biorevitalization is very generic, that it deals with everything and nothing (and therefore why is it indicated on your site?), That she can do everything but she decides what to do to me she does not do it and has proposed "moisturize the skin" in their study. I said again that I want to do biorevitalization and I came for this very reason. The doctor repeated to me that she decides and that she doesn't do it to me. I would like to remind Dr. Desy Dragovich that I am the client, that I pay and that I choose what to do and that I decide too!
In my opinion, under this "sauce" she simply offered what she can do??♀️. However, hydration is recommended for 25+ girls, not me at 35.
I was asking not for advice and not even for advice. He felt they are doing you a favor rather than offering paid service by me.
It was just a waste of my time - I would also like to mention 20 minutes delay - and a big disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotata visita con Dottoressa Sallustio per macchia sul viso. Solo una volta lì mi ha comunicato che le macchie vengono trattate da dott.ssa Dragovich. Mi ha dato qualche campioncino di crema e mi ha liquidato. Dottoressa fredda e per nulla empatica, non predisposta a spiegare con terminologia non medica, anzi fa sentire a disagio se non ci si esprime con terminologia appropriata. A un anno di distanza problematica non risolta. €100 spesi per nulla.
Booked visit with Doctor Sallustio for a blemish on the face. Only once there did he tell me that the spots are being treated by Dr. Dragovich. He gave me some cream samples and dismissed me. Cold and not at all empathic doctor, not predisposed to explain with non-medical terminology, on the contrary she makes you feel uncomfortable if you do not express yourself with appropriate terminology. Unresolved problem one year later. € 100 spent on nothing.
