★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dato che al telefono indicato provando a chiamarli in più giorni ed in differenti orari (sia mattutini che pomeridiani) non rispondeva mai nessuno, li ho contattati una prima volta via e-mail. Dopo diversi giorni, nessuna risposta. Riprovo allora a chiamare al telefono indicato, riesco a parlare con un'operatrice / segretaria: dietro mia segnalazione, mi conferma che la mia prima mail la vede (come se la stesse vedendo in quel momento per la prima volta), chiedo come mai non è stato risposto, ma non sa cosa dire. Le spiego qual'è la mia problematica e le chiedo di fissarmi un appuntamento: si scrive cellulare ed indirizzo mail, poi mi congeda dicendomi che mi avrebbero ricontattato loro. Questo dal 23/04/2021: ad oggi attendo ancora di essere da loro ricontattato. Peccato non si possa dare meno di una stella.
Since on the phone indicated trying to call them on several days and at different times (both morning and afternoon) no one ever answered, I contacted them for the first time by e-mail. After several days, no response. Then I try to call the indicated phone again, I can speak to an operator / secretary: upon my notification, she confirms that she sees my first email (as if she were seeing it at that moment for the first time), I ask why she does not has been answered, but doesn't know what to say. I explain to her what my problem is and ask her to make an appointment for me: she writes her mobile phone and email address, then she dismisses me, telling me that they would contact me again. This has been since 23/04/2021: to date I am still waiting to be contacted by them. Too bad we can't give less than one star.
