Senza un motivo tra l’altro… sconsigliatissimo! 0 Stars !! Rude staff! I call, replies a man, to whom I kindly say that I have to book some rays and he has started to answer badly just like a grumpy! V	Vito Antonio Cericola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leggo recensioni di mesi e anni fa in cui viene detto che non rispondono mai al telefono e leggo risposte in cui viene detto che c'è stato un problema di linea telefonica dovuto all'operatore telefonico.Mi sembra quindi di capire che a distanza di anni questo problema "di linea" non sia stato ancora risolto,visto che sto provando a chiamare da giorni ma non ho avuto risposta.A questo punto vado a spendere i miei soldi in un'altra struttura... I read reviews from months and years ago saying they never answer the phone and I read replies saying there was a phone line problem due to the telephone operator. So I seem to understand that years later this "line" problem has not been solved yet, since I have been trying to call for days but I have not received an answer. At this point I am going to spend my money in another structure ...
c	carla poggi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se ci fosse la possibilità avrei messo zero stelle. Alla reception c’è una “signora” scorbutica e al telefono non rispondono mai. Era un laboratorio d’eccellenza. Peccato davvero. Per loro. If there was the possibility I would have put zero stars. There is a grumpy "lady" at the reception and they never answer the phone. It was a laboratory of excellence. Too bad indeed. For them.

Vado allo sportello dove c è un "signore", mostro la richiesta del mio dentista dove specificava perfettamente il tipo di esame .Pago, faccio la panoramica dp un oretta mi danno l esito e vado via. I ragazzi del personale bravissimi veloci efficientissimi. Consegno l esame al mio dentista e mi dice che nn era qUello l esame prescritto. Ritorno e spiego la situazione allo sportello sempre dal "signore"della prima volta. Prima mi dice che hanno sbagliato dentro poi sempre con tono arrogante mi risponde :"e da me che vuole.?"..visto che parlare con quell uomo era come fare un buco nell acqua ho detto di lasciar perdere e che avrei ripagato per rifare l esame corretto. Pago 102 euro e li ho capito che l errore era stato suo perché l esame precedente l ho pagato di meno. Glil ho fatto notare e iniziava ad irritarsi forse aveva paura che gli chiedessi il rimborso? Al telefono nn rispondono mai, prima di essere ricevuti al banco per pagare bisogna aspettare che l'addetto si fumi la sigaretta. Aspetti di essere ricevuti e la fila nn ha un senso cronologico di arrivo. Poi scopri che la tua cartella è finita nascosta sotto un'altra e intanto sono passati più di un'ora. Solo dopo il sollecito notano che la richiesta è finita graffetta sotto un'altra...... Insomma che dire. Tutto passa e cambia. It is no longer the center it once was. Sono stato bloccato con il cellulare dopo che ho provato a chiamare alcune volte senza successo. Al cellulare risultava occupato. Ma contemporaneamente ho chiamato con il fisso e risultava libero. Non hanno comunque risposto.. mi associo ai tanti che lo sconsigliano. Meglio cercare altri centri più disponibili.. They never answer the phone.
