★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono un condomino soddisfatto, lo studio è grande e hanno molto personale a disposizione per raccogliere e risolvere le varie problematiche, Sono onesti, in 3 anni la parcella non è mai aumentata e a consuntivo non saltano fuori voci strane che il più delle volte servono per integrare un onorario tenuto basso giusto per accaparrarsi il condominio. Finalmente ho trovato un'amministratrice "Emanuela" che gira per il condominio in prima persona, all'occorrenza viene in casa vostra per sincerarsi dei vostri problemi e aiutarvi a risolverli. Carina, simpatica, un'amica sempre disponibile. Se pensate di cambiare studio di amministrazione, andate a conoscere Emanuela, non ve ne pentirete.

Finally I found an administrator "Emanuela" who goes around the condominium firsthand, if necessary she comes to your house to make sure of your problems and help you solve them. Cute, nice, a friend always available. If you think of changing the administration office, go and meet Emanuela, you will not regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza personale, non rispondono mai alle telefonate e alle mail. Devi sempre lasciare un messaggio e se sei fortunato che ti richiamino, ti promettono di farti sapere .... ma in realtà non si fanno più vivi.
Bad personal experience, they never answer phone calls and emails. You always have to leave a message and if you're lucky they call you back, they promise to let you know .... but they don't actually show up anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seguono il nostro condominio ormai da anni , super preparati e organizzati. Dalla segnalazione di un problema la risoluzione arriva entro il giorno dopo. Già partiti con il super bonus , quando altri amici dicono di essere in alto mare. Consigliato se non si vuole nessun problema !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo molte esperienze negative finalmente un'organizzazione efficiente e soprattutto trasparente, nelle riunioni vengono spiegati i passaggi su questioni tecniche e burocratiche in modo che possano essere ben comprese anche dai non addetti ai lavori, francamente sono sorpreso nel leggere alcune recensioni di senso contrario e temo che questo sia esclusivamente dovuto frutto all'invidia verso l'efficientissima Emanuela.
After many negative experiences finally an efficient and above all transparent organization, in the meetings the steps on technical and bureaucratic issues are explained so that they can be well understood even by the layman, frankly I am surprised to read some reviews to the contrary and I am afraid that this is exclusively due to the envy of the highly efficient Emanuela.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo perché non posso dare zero stelle! Dopo un anno di inesistenza hanno avuto anche il coraggio di trattenere la propria parcella! Una cosa a dir poco imbarazzante! Non professionali, inesistenti e fanno quello che vogliono. Non saprei nemmeno da dove iniziare per descrivere il disagio. Francamente mi sento presa in giro e un qualche modo derubata, di tempo e soldi!
Just because I can't give zero stars! After a year of non-existence they also had the courage to keep their fee! An embarrassing thing to say the least! Unprofessional, non-existent and they do what they want. I don't even know where to start to describe the discomfort. Frankly, I feel made fun of and somehow robbed of time and money!

Per nulla professionali, quasi impossibile comunicare con loro, tempi faraonici per avere una risposta a cui bisogna unire l'arbitrarietà delle decisioni (spesso prese in antitesi a quando deciso dai condomini in assemblea).
Dopo un anno di questa manfrina (non ci sono altri termini) hanno pure messo in pagamento immediato la propria parcella e non c'è nemmeno stato il coraggio di presentarsi all'assemblea per giustificare il proprio "operato".
Bad.

After a year of this joke (there are no other terms) they also put their fee in immediate payment and there was not even the courage to go to the assembly to justify their "work".
