Il nastro registrato chiede di attendere per non perdere la priorità acquisita e dopo una estenuante attesa, il nulla, si chiude la comunicazione. Io mi chiedo, in caso di problema urgente o impossibilità a recarsi presso lo studio ??? I find it absurd that no one answers the phone. Servizio sicuramente da migliorare, compreso il messaggio di attesa che si ripete ogni 5 secondi. Credo di averlo ascoltato un migliaio di volte!!!!!!! It took me 25 minutes (three calls of 10 minutes each) to make a phone appointment. Service definitely to be improved, including the waiting message that repeats every 5 seconds. I think I've listened to it a thousand times !!!!!!!

Mi chiede nome, cognome, il motivo per cui solo lì (ritiro di una ricetta già fatta), mi fa aspettare fuori e poi mi dice per le ricette dalle 10.30. La ricetta era per mia mamma anziana, la ricetta era pronta da dur giorni ma troppa fatica allungare un braccio, è vergognoso un servizio del genere Rude secretary.
