Visto che devi prendere appuntamento per telefono, c'è qualcosa che non va.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabato ho accompagnato mia mamma alla guardia medica di Cesano Maderno e la dottoressa che ci ha accolte al cancello sulla strada (nostra colpa è stata quella di non telefonare...) guardandola si è rifiutata di visitarla dicendoci di andare in p.s. perchè secondo lei era in dispnea, la mamma indossava la mascherina e si trovava ad almeno 2 mt di distanza, inoltre non ha praticamente parlato... evito di dirvi che nel cortile stavano facendo una festa... ops l'ho detto! Premetto che sono una persona molto attenta e mai mi sarei rivolta alla guardia medica se la persona che accompagnavo versasse in condizioni critiche.
Dopo un pomeriggio intero in pronto soccorso siamo tornate a casa e come previsto la mamma aveva una leggera bronchite che necessitava semplicemente di aerosol.
On Saturday I accompanied my mother to the Cesano Maderno medical guard and the doctor who met us at the gate on the road (our fault was not to call ...) looking at her refused to visit her and told us to go to the p.s. because according to her she was in breathlessness, her mother was wearing a mask and was at least 2 meters away, besides she practically did not speak ... I avoid telling you that they were having a party in the courtyard ... oops I said! I state that I am a very careful person and I would never have contacted the medical guard if the person I accompanied were in critical condition.
After a whole afternoon in the emergency room we went home and as expected, the mother had mild bronchitis that simply needed aerosol.

Servizio pessimo. Prendere un appuntamento per telefono è praticamente un utopia. Se ti presenti rispondono maleducatamente e ti rimandano al numero al quale praticamente non risponde mai nessuno.. evidentemente un sistema che non funziona. Attese di ore. Benvenuti nel sistema sanitario italiano.
Embarrassing..
Bad service. Making an appointment by phone is practically a utopia. If you show up they answer rudely and refer you to the number to which practically no one ever answers .. obviously a system that does not work. He waited for hours. Welcome to the Italian healthcare system.

siete proprio degli impiegati pubblici che se ne fregano dell’etica lavorativa.
Mi auguro che la donna straniera che ha rifiutato di visitarmi rimanga a pregare sul cesso in diarrea.
ACCETTANO SOLO CON APPUNTAMENTO.
LA SALUTE NON VA SU APPUNTAMENTO.
Chiami per prendere appuntamento e ovviamente non risponde nessuno, per l’ennesima volta.
TRALASCIANDO IL FATTO CHE LA GUARDIA MEDICA ERA VUOTA, MA SENZA APPUNTAMENTO NON VISITANO.
