Persone anziane che aspettavano sedute nelle scale del condominio, non rispettando le norme anti-covid. Quando ho fatto notare la disorganizzazione alla reception mi è stato detto con arroganza che era il primo giorno di riapertura e che davano precedenza alle urgenze, non tenendo in considerazione che si sarebbe potuto organizzare con orari e massimo 3 persone alla volta data la capienza della sala d'attesa. Infine, quando ho comunicato Con rispetto che avrei cancellato il mio appuntamento, per la receptionist è stato un sollievo. Senza nemmeno chiedere scusa della situazione. Una situazione pericolosa per persone anziane. Inaccettabile sopratutto per uno studio medico. Sconsiglio vivamente. I booked an appointment for 10am and once I arrived I realize that they had made an appointment for all patients at the same time. Elderly people who waited sitting in the stairs of the condominium, not respecting the anti-covid rules. When I pointed out the disorganization at the reception I was arrogantly told that it was the first day of reopening and that they gave priority to emergencies, not taking into account that it could have been organized with hours and maximum 3 people at a time given the capacity of the room waiting. Finally, when I respectfully communicated that I would cancel my appointment, it was a relief to the receptionist. Without even apologizing for the situation. A dangerous situation for older people. Unacceptable especially for a doctor's office. I strongly advise against.

The kindness and the practical sense in facilitating you for any problem you present are exceptional both from doctor Butera and his staff. G	Giusy Battaglia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho riscontrato poca serietà e professionalità.ma soprattutto la mancanza di puntualità da parte del medico.per nn parlare del fatto che i vari appuntamenti venivano spostati ,avvertendo il pazienti ,quasi nello stesso momento in qui lo stesso paziente era già fuori dallo studio.alla fine ho ritirato la mia documentazione per affidarmi a gente seria e professionale. Lo sconsiglio vivamente.
