Ho provato ad andare in altri posti tipo centri commerciali ma i costi sono assurdi oppure c'è roba da scarsa che dura una stagione. Io non cambio da anni vado sempre da loro. Abbiamo effettuato un cambio per una scarpa difettosa (messa, per altro, nuovamente in vetrina) ricevendo commenti poco gentili e gratuiti sulla fisicità del piede. Dopo mille polemiche il cambio è avvenuto con un articolo diverso. Al momento di pagare la differenza sono stato "invitato" a non far più vedere la mia faccia in quel negozio. Nessun cliente merita un trattamento del genere...trovo la proprietà completamente inadatta al rapporto con il pubblico. After years of shopping the owner's rudeness made us change our mind !!
