★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT VISIT! Appalling lack of food hygiene. This evening I witnessed one of the chefs cutting raw chicken breast on a red chopping board with nitrile gloves on which is perfectly acceptable, however he also assembled our burgers with the same gloves, on the same chopping board, before going back to cutting chicken. This is a brazen disregard of basic food safety, and I would urge anyone to watch their food being cooked with sharp eyes. The other two chefs clearly saw their colleague's actions and did nothing to stop the contamination of raw meat and cooked food, so this is clearly acceptable in the Strike kitchen. I will not be visiting again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good choice but possibly not the best around vicoli area. Prices are ok, the burgers are good and you can take away. They do deliver and this is definitely the best part, especially for lazy dinners or Sundays!
Went there and will go back for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for their Strike burger. It was good, the meat was well cooked with tomato, salad and cheese to accompany it. Price is on the higher side. Need to increase their seating capacity as it can be a long wait for vacant ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I cannot say it's the best burger in Genova, I can absolutely say it's the best burger I have had in Genova. Either takeaway or eat in, always a pleasant experience. Friendly staff, good service, delicious burger. They also have sandwiches and bar snacks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burger is HUGE. I had the Strike Burger. In terms of taste, it lacks depth of flavor. The burger patties were not charred enough for flavor, and it breaks apart very easily. However, a local mentioned that this is the best burger in Genoa. Perhaps only come here if you're sick of the local cuisine.
