★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasto deluso perché dopo aver comprato delle prese e dei pulsanti ieri mi sono accorto arrivato a casa che avevo sbagliato marca, ritirno al negozio ed il commesso con distacco senza nessuna empatia, mi riferisce che non è possibile cambiare la merce. Un negozio serio , come ho appurato per altri negozi che cambiano la merce non si comporta in questo modo.
I was disappointed because after buying some sockets and buttons yesterday I realized when I arrived home that I had the wrong brand, I collect it from the shop and the clerk with detachment without any empathy, tells me that it is not possible to change the goods. A serious shop, as I have found for other shops that change the goods does not behave in this way.

Chiedo un comunissimo balun da € 4,50 già acquistato 2 giorni prima , dopo lunghissima attesa arriva il sapientone di turno che mi dice che lei mie telecamere non sono buone solo perché non acquistate da loro e che il pezzo che chiedo non esiste. Lentezza incredibile , zero accoglienza e professionalità! Deluso al massimo!
Strange indeed! I ask for a very common € 4.50 balun already purchased 2 days before, after a very long wait the pundit on duty arrives and tells me that my cameras are not good just because you do not buy from them and that the piece I ask for does not exist. Incredible slowness, zero hospitality and professionalism! Disappointed to the fullest!
