★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver firmato il precontratto, la comunicazione diventa difficile, ti inventano scuse in continuazione e dopo un anno e mezzo non hai ancora visto nessun lavoro a casa. Impresa poco seria , basterebbe essere chiari con i clienti!!! Ti dicono che vengono a fare i sopralluoghi, e poi non vengono, ho perso tempo con loro illudendomi di parlare con persone professionali.

Not a serious company, it would be enough to be clear with customers !!! They tell you that they come to do the inspections, and then they don't come, I wasted time with them under the illusion of talking to professional people.

La collaborazione con lo studio di GC - Amministrazione Immobili nasce circa tre anni fa in occasione dei primi incentivi per efficientemento energetico, per poi consolidarsi negli ultimi anni con l’Ecobonus 110 %, per il quale l’azienda Pisacane ha assunto il ruolo di General Contractor, prestando i propri servizi per le attività di progettazione ed esecuzione di tali interventi nei condomini da noi amministrati. Ci siamo trovati a cooperare con una macchina perfettamente operativa composta da un team altamente qualificato e specializzato di muratori, elettricisti, fabbri e idraulici, ma anche di progettisti, amministrativi, consulenti e tecnici di settore che hanno curato la predisposizione e la trasmissione di tutta la documentazione necessaria, monitorando scrupolosamente ogni stato di avanzamento dei lavori. Da non sottovalutare l’attenzione e la cura che l’azienda ha riservato al tema della sicurezza sul lavoro, sempre posto in primo piano.
Oltre a tutto questo vogliamo sottolineare un valore aggiunto che va oltre l’aspetto lavorativo: il capitale umano! A tutte voi persone, va la nostra gratitudine.

The collaboration with the GC - Property Administration studio was born about three years ago on the occasion of the first incentives for energy efficiency, and then consolidated in recent years with the Ecobonus 110%, for which the Pisacane company took on the role of General Contractor, providing its services for the design and execution of such interventions in the condominiums managed by us. We found ourselves cooperating with a perfectly operational machine made up of a highly qualified and specialized team of bricklayers, electricians, blacksmiths and plumbers, but also of designers, administrators, consultants and sector technicians who took care of the preparation and transmission of the entire necessary documentation, scrupulously monitoring every progress of the work.
