lavoro con straight to hell da 7 anni e non ho mai avuto nessun tipo di problema. anzi. i ragazzi oltre ad essere molto competenti sulle produzioni sono anche molto gentili e disponibili. in questo settore purtroppo ci sono molti improvvisati ed incompetenti che non si rendono neanche lontanamente conto di cosa ci sia dietro un azienda che produce migliaia di capi l'anno e magari per 30 magliette va a fare commenti negativi su google. a lavorare!!

I have been working with straight to hell for 7 years and have never had any problems whatsoever. rather. the boys as well as being very competent on the productions are also very kind and helpful. in this sector, unfortunately, there are many improvised and incompetent people who do not even remotely realize what is behind a company that produces thousands of garments a year and maybe for 30 shirts goes to make negative comments on google. to work!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMI. Ho fatto un ordine mesi fa, mi hanno assicurato che sarebbe arrivato in 5 giorni, è arrivato oltre i 15 giorni massimi previsti e mancava della merce ordinata. Sono mesi che attendo di ricevere indietro i soldi per la Merce mai ricevuta, son stata trattata male al telefono e in seguito completamente ignorata dallo staff. Pessimo e sconsigliato.
Bad. I placed an order months ago, they assured me that it would arrive in 5 days, it arrived beyond the expected maximum 15 days and the ordered goods were missing. I have been waiting for months to get back the money for the Goods never received, I was treated badly on the phone and then completely ignored by the staff. Bad and not recommended.

Ho effettuato un acquisto e dopo due settimane non ho ricevuto nulla, telefono (ovviamente io) e mi rispondono che il fornitore in questo periodo aveva dei problemi. Praticamente la classica scusa. Se non riuscite a gestire il tutto mette gli ordini minimi sul vostro sito!
Bad is an understatement. Professionalism equal to zero. I made a purchase and after two weeks I have not received anything, I phone (obviously me) and they tell me that the supplier in this period was having problems. Basically the classic excuse. If you can't manage it all, put the minimum orders on your site!
