Perfect style! For that alone they have all my respect. With the company I requested some t-shirts and they were very precise and it is something not obvious. Then the boys are kind and courteous, as well as prepared. I'm really glad I turned to professionals like them.

T-shirt presa da loro nei colori bianco, nero e blu e grafiche fornite da noi.
Ci arriva l'ordine e ci accorgiamo che le maglie nere e blu presentano tutte un alone di stampa rettangolare dovuto alla pressa (alleghiamo Foto), il che rende il prodotto non idoneo per essere consegnato al negozio che aveva effettuato l'acquisto.
(Vi invito ad andare in un qualsiasi negozio a verificare se una t-shirt stampata in digitale presenti o meno aloni o simili).
Abbiamo sollevato il problema e la loro risposta è stata quella di "lavare le t-shirt a bassa temperatura".
Partendo dal presupposto che la risposta è quantomeno inopportuna perché poi avremmo dovuto consegnare delle t-shirt non nuove, ma già con un lavaggio alle spalle (tuttavia vista la situazione è stata l'unica soluzione).
Contattiamo il negozio che ci aveva commissionato l'ordine per spiegare l'accaduto e concediamo uno sconto in quanto la merce che avremmo consegnato avrebbe avuto già un lavaggio e ci sembrava corretto comunicarlo.
La scelta però è stata sia infruttuosa (l'alone dopo il lavaggio è rimasto) che deleteria in quanto alcune stampe si sono addirittura sgretolate.
Comunichiamo l'esito dell'operazione di lavaggio da loro suggerita tramite email ed il risultato è..?

We commissioned digital t-shirts.
T-shirt taken from them in the colors white, black and blue and graphics provided by us.
The order arrives and we realize that the black and blue shirts all have a rectangular print halo due to the press (we attach Photos), which makes the product unsuitable for being delivered to the shop that made the purchase.
(I invite you to go to any shop to check if a digitally printed t-shirt has halos or similar).
We raised the issue and their response was to "wash low temperature t-shirts".
Assuming that the answer is at least inappropriate because then we would have to deliver not new t-shirts, but already with a wash on the back (however given the situation it was the only solution).
We contact the shop that had commissioned the order to explain what had happened and we give a discount because the goods we would have delivered would have already been washed and it seemed correct to communicate it.
The choice, however, was both unsuccessful (the halo after washing remained) and deleterious as some prints have even crumbled.
We communicate the outcome of the washing operation suggested by them by email and the result is ..?
No refunds.
