★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata stamattina per acquistare un camicione di lino , il quale l'ho provato sopra alla mia t_shirt davanti ad uno specchio del reparto , successivamente sono stata apostrofata da una commessa mora con i capelli raccolti e occhiali , la quale mi ha fatto notare che non potevo provarla in reparto ma nei camerini con un tono che non mi è piaciuto , mi è venuta voglia di mollare tutto e andarmene , penso che in questo lavoro il primo biglietto da visita sia l'accoglienza con il sorriso e non ho visto nulla di tutto ciò, sono uscita dal negozio molto rammaricata

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno oggi 1 maggio 2022 alle ore 19:41 spiacevole trattamento delle commesse del negozio Stradivarius del centro commerciale il Vulcano, nonostante all’interno del negozio ci fossero più di una decina di clienti con in mano capi di abbigliamento anche da provare le commesse hanno spento le luci e hanno spinto le persone ad uscire dal negozio
Una in particolare dopo averle fatto notare che non erano ancora le 20,00 e chiesto perché avessero spento le luci così presto mi ha risposto in modo molto provocatorio e molto irrispettoso verso una persona più grande di età di lei e non consono assolutamente ad una commessa, che il negozio stava per chiudere e le luci era tutto il giorno che non funzionavano bene, Una scusa alquanto discutibile,
a mio parere volevano andare a casa presto .
Sono certo che la politica del brand è non avere commesse di questo tipo e spero sia preso in considerazione di chiedere spiegazioni all’atteggiamento avuto con i clienti .

in my opinion they wanted to go home early.
I am sure that the brand's policy is not to have orders of this type and I hope it will be taken into consideration to ask for an explanation of the attitude it had with customers.
