Diretti in Sicilia non potevo rinunciare,sia all’andata che al ritorno, a questo posto magico: ristorante a conduzione familiare, gente vera e molto ospitale, cibo naturale e sano, piatti ottimamente preparati e veramente tradizionali e poi le minestre di verdure della straordinaria Donna Rosa, qualcosa di sublime, e il vulcanico Sepply- il titolare - cuoco ricercato e fantasioso, una infinità di storie di vita e di sogni! so che ci tornerò..... and finally, after 2 years we returned to Donna Rosa. Una delle migliori che io abbia mai assaggiato. Una pizza fantastica, impasto morbido, leggero, buono, sottile e gli ingredienti (eccellenze del territorio) si fondono in modo spettacolare stimolando le papille gustative ad ogni morso. Una vera opera d'arte!!! La vostra pizza è il TOP. Per chi non ama la pizza può ordinare tra primi e secondi. Titolare nonché pizzaiolo del locale alla mano e gentile al servizio di una clientela esigente, accoglienza molto cordiale in un locale elegante e giovanile nello stesso tempo. Your pizza is the TOP. For those who don't like pizza, they can order first and second courses. Owner and pizza chef of the restaurant, easygoing and kind at the service of a demanding clientele, very friendly welcome in an elegant and youthful restaurant at the same time. Devo segnalare "senzadubbiamente" la professionalità e la competenza del sig. Joseph , che dall'antipasto , all'ammazza caffè con molta simpatia, ci ha esaltato le caratteristiche di ogni piatto .
