We arrived at the 9:30 opening time to find it locked up, no signage, then the lady at the coffee bar next door said it regularly doesn’t open till 11am and varies every day. Thank god we found another option nearby that operated as advertised nearby and didn’t lose £140 in our 10am booked tour of the basilica & palace. If you are booking and paying in advance use the nearest alternative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Venice near San Marco, It was written at the entrance that the desk(with people) will be open at 9:30 and at 10:00 there was still nobody so I used the self service mode with the fear that I will not get the code by e-mail as my phone was KO. Eventually the code is written on the ticket and you don't need to check your emails. You should write more clearly that you don't need e-mail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great position and easy to use! The cost of 1.99€ for one hour is not very cheap... The good point is that the "hour" is flexible. I left my bag for 1 hour and 4 minutes and they did not ask me an additional charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to use and very useful to save carrying luggage. Note that if you don't close the locker door once finished there is a fine. I'd have also found it useful if there was a box or empty locker go check space needed for luggage. If you need more than one locker there's s reduced rate for two, however you can't open the locker untill you pay to find out if stuff fits. All our stuff fit in one locker but we travel light ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used two different locations in Venice to store our luggage. One when we arrived and weren’t able to get into our accommodation until the afternoon and again when we left our accommodation but were to early to go to the airport. Using these two storage options worked so well. It was easy and not overly expensive. A great option unless you want to haul your luggage around as you sightsee! We would definitely take advantage of this service again.
