★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only problem was finding the location. It's down the alley with the poste italiane. Google maps was not telling us to go down that alley and the sign was not clear from the entrance of the alley way. Other than that I would recommend using this to store your luggage if you are traveling around Venice. It was not very expensive and was less then a 5 min walk from the train and bus station.

When I did not read the instructions and closed my bags in a locker before going through the payment process, I pressed the button for help and was immediately connected to someone who unlocked the locker for me so I could start over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used the storage twice during our stay and it was worth it. If suggest making a reservation ahead of time as other people found there was no space. Good location to the station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was very easy to use, there was no queue when we arrived and it was very reasonable at around €6 to store three small bags for three hours. The location we used in Venice was within a short walk to the train station and to Gulige vaperetto stop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We left 4 small suitcases and the experience was very smooth. We went over the time we paid for and we just had to pay an additional small fee which was very easy to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Stow Your Bags in Rome and again in Venice. Both self-service locations were clean, easy to find, and easy to use. When we ran into a technical problem with the machine that didn’t allow us to retrieve our bags, we were glad that they had real-time remote (and friendly) assistance available through the kiosk. Overall, a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was reasonably easy to book and the google map directions were helpful to locate the storage. We were allocated a locker in the top row, which was quite difficult to lift suitcases in and out. It was only just big enough for two medium suitcases, despite claiming it would take up to 4. I think getting even one large suitcase into the locker would have been very difficult.
