Carne di qualità top, con la cottura a bassa temperatura che la rende piena di sapore e tenerissima al taglio. Pane casereccio fragrante e di ottima fattura. Assolutamente consigliate le braciole al ragù, da fare impallidire quelle della nonna! 5 stelle meritatissime, ci tornerò assolutamente Friendly and prepared staff, and the food all very good and fresh. The room is very large, modern and equipped. Top quality meat, cooked at a low temperature which makes it full of flavor and very tender when cut. Fragrant and well-made homemade bread. Absolutely recommended are the chops with meat sauce, to make those of the grandmother pale! 5 stars well deserved, I will absolutely be back

Il cono di bombette è una vera goduria. Il locale è piccolino e intimo. Il servizio veloce e il personale gentile. Stocotto is a nice place to eat meat sandwiches, accompanied by excellent homemade sauces. Try the Bombettoso and the Big smoked. The bowler cone is a real pleasure. The place is small and intimate. Fast service and nice staff.
M	Marco R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante abiti a qualche decina di metri dal locale, ieri è stata la mia prima volta, a tre anni dall'apertura ?. Meglio tardi che mai. Provo l'asporto optando per due panini gourmet, il Bombettoso e il Bernaldo. Totale 20€: a primo acchito un prezzo forse "anomalo" per dei panini. Ma poi ho capito: un mix letale di cipolla caramellata, formaggio, hamburger homemade, pancetta e salsa BBQ (il Bernaldo), bombette di capocollo della Valle d'Itria, carciofo, scamorza affumicata e pomodoro (il Bombettoso). Il tutto richiuso in soffici pagnotte di Altamura. La vera particolarità è la carne la cui cottura a bassa temperatura, per più ore, la rende morbida e friabile. E la qualità è indubbia. I sapori sono ben distinti all'inizio per poi amalgamarsi perfettamente, quindi il panino (nonostante la corposità) non "stanca" mai. Anche il personale merita un encomio: simpaticissimo ed estremamente cortese. Insomma "sto cotto" di "Stocotto". Although I live a few tens of meters from the club, yesterday was my first time, three years after the opening ?. Better late than never. I try the take away by opting for two gourmet sandwiches, the Bombettoso and the Bernaldo. Total € 20: at first glance a perhaps "abnormal" price for sandwiches. But then I understood: a lethal mix of caramelized onion, cheese, homemade burger, bacon and BBQ sauce (the Bernaldo), bowler capocollo from Valle d'Itria, artichoke, smoked scamorza cheese and tomato (the Bombettoso). All wrapped up in soft Altamura loaves. The real peculiarity is the meat whose cooking at low temperature, for several hours, makes it soft and crumbly. And the quality is undoubted. The flavors are distinct at the beginning and then blend perfectly, so the sandwich (despite its body) never "tires". The staff also deserves a commendation: very nice and extremely courteous. In short, "I'm cooked" of "Stocotto".

Only negative point is that on the menu is written that you can have a 5€ discount if you download the app… well I did but no discount.
