We passed an order, pay the order and then nothing.
After tons of calls/messages we had someone saying that they delivered but we weren't there.... not possible
and then that finally they do not have the product anymore and they will reimburse
....that was in June....millions of calls/messages and no news
Run away it is a fraud

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very, very bad service. I ordered 1000 printed bottles and boxes (€ 3300) in July 2020 and it's now November and I still don't have my goods! No one is answering the phone and my emails are not being responded. I have a major financial problem because of this company. Please don't order with them and save yourself the costs and frustration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are no professionnal at all. I ordered in Juin black caps for my cosmetics pots and I received white ones instead. The customer services promised me to send the right color in July as they were not in stock. I am still waiting for the product that I payed in Jun. I received an email telling that they are sorry and that the products will be send in september without communicating a precise date of delivery ! I really need to send my products to my costumer end of august but I cannot. I will avoid Stocksmetic in the futur for sure as this is not the first time I have received a bad service. I will order directly in China as tehy do teh same and you pay more expensive but the service is china made.
